I recently had problems with the ice water dispenser on my refrigerator door. I called PLM Appliance Repair after doing an online search of available repair companies in my area. I found PLM extremely easy to work with. They scheduled an appointment around my very busy schedule. Their repair person (Phil) was very courteous, knowledgeable and he arrived on time. The problem was quickly solved and the repair bill was remarkably reasonable. I would highly recommend PLM for your appliance repairs.

Philip from PLM was prompt and Called when he was getting close. He diagnosed our refrigerator leak problem and fixed it in short order. I will definitely use them if I have a problem again. Randie the scheduler was very easy to work with and got us in much faster than I would have expected.

Phil fixed my clothes dryer expertly. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is very professional and cares a lot about doing a top job for his customers. Our clothes dryer stopped working. PLM arranged to diagnose the problem the day after we contacted them. The issue required a new thermostat and with our approval the part was shipped overnight. As soon as the part arrived we were scheduled immediately for repair and the repair was completed the next day. Excellent service! We were very pleased with the entire interaction with PLM.

PLM showed up quickly, found the problem and fixed it using no parts. He could have replaced parts and charged much more without me knowing the difference. He also was knowledgable besides giving me honest work at a very good price. Saved his card for sure.

PLM was great to work with. They fixed our Samsung electric range/oven which had burned out its motherboard du to a faulty wiring harness. Starting with the positives:
1.The only repair service in our area willing to work on Samsung (and now I understand why...Samsung kitchen appliances are mediocre quality and terrible in terms of warranty, parts replacement and customer service).
2. PLM staff were very friendly and professional on the phone and in our home.
Only drawback was that repair took a two months from start to finish. Admittedly a lot of the delay had to do with the oven manufacturer and some missed communications.

Phillip was on time, thorough, he was professional and kind.... He even cleaned up! We are very satisfied!

The PLM technician, Philip, traveled to Vail to fix a ten-year old GE Dryer. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the required parts. He returned the next day to install. The dryer is now operating as it was when new. Travel, labor and part charges were very reasonable for the high Rockies. All the PLM staff were polite and anxious too please. PLM has my highest recommendation for major appliance service and repair.

Phil is quite professional and came to our residence twice to follow up on a freezer repair. He was thorough and explained what was going on in a clear and concise manner. He fixed our ice maker and we are very grateful. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely contact him again for future repairs.

Phillip came on the day and the time of day that he said he would. He took my dryer apart, found the problem, and put it back together, all in about an hour. He even helped me vacuum the inside of it. I will gladly do business with him again.
